Is there a new $5 Kohl's cash coupon? (after the last one that exp 1/31/09)??

I was wondering if anyone knew if a new Kohl's cash coupon, the one that you get when you sign up for their emails, is out. I know that all of the others expired on 1/31, but I heard someone talking about a new one the other day....Does anyone know?? And...since they are "one per customer", I was wondering what that policy really means...I had several of the last ones, and I would do 2 transactions most of the time, but after a while, I felt like they knew who I was b/c I was coming in there and using them every time. I even thought once or twice that someone was watching me to make sure I was not stealing!! It made me a nervous wreck, even though I knew that I was not doing anything wrong.....Just wondering what other people thought about that wording....---to me, it is not clear, one per customer per transaction?? one per customer forever? one per customer per day?? what???

I just received one that expires 2/28 and I have some friends that had ones that expired on 2/14 and 2/21, so I think they've changed the expiration date to Saturdays.
