question about sywr card
Below is an email I sent to the sywr help email. Does anybody know if I can do anything?
I am confused about my rewards card. I spent well over $200 at sears on children's clothes when I signed up for the rewards card (in Feb). But I discovered today (when i signed up online for the account) that I only have $43.42 in qualified spending. I believe I know what happened but I'm not sure what to do to get my purchases on my account. My phone number is 918-xxx-xxxx. When I gave this to the cashier at Sears, she said I had XX amount of rewards....even though I only got the card that day. I think somebody else used my phone number and was reaping the benefits of my purchases. I have had this phone number for well over 2 years. Is there any way to look up the other account by my phone number and credit the points to my account? I know it will be a long shot but I really would like my account credited. thanks

I would suggest that you call the 1-800-991-8708, you would probably get more information that way. If you have the receipts they can probably look it up that way. Whenever I had a problem the customer service rep was extremely helpful.

i bought the clothes a few months ago...i'm pretty sure i don't have the receipt

of course i haven't heard back from them lol i'm sure they are extremely busy trying to figure out this mess hahahaha
