    Don’t forget to register you card online for access to your account information - On home page, click link on right side just beneath ‘Sign In’ form.

    Earning Points

    • When checking out in store, present your Member card, phone number or email address to an Associate
    • When checking out online, be sure to enter your Shop Your Way Rewards
    • Member number and PIN, and your purchases will be automatically credited to your Member account.
    • You'll earn 10 points for every $1 you spend*
    • If your items are eligible for 2X, 3X, 10X or more bonus point offers, you'll pile up points even faster

    Redeeming your points

    In Store

    At checkout, ask the Associate for your points balance after you present your membership card. Every 1,000 points in your account is worth $1.00 in value.

    Tell the Associate how many points you want applied to your purchase. Use some or all of your points.

    If you didn't bring your membership card, no worries! Just tell the Associate your phone number or email address, and they'll look up your account, and then ask you to enter your Shop Your Way Rewards PIN on the key pad to redeem your points.

    Online

    You can check your points balance by logging in to your Member account

    While checking out, be sure to enter your Shop Your Way Rewards Member number and Shop Your Way Rewards PIN

    Indicate how many points you want applied to your purchase. Use some or all of them

    Calculate points values using the My Points Converter



    VIP Levels

    As a VIP, you'll have the same Member number, but you'll receive a new Shop Your Way Rewards VIP card to go with all the new benefits you'll be receiving.

    General FAQs

    I lost my Shop Your Way Rewards card. What do I do?
    To replace your lost card, please contact Shop Your Way Rewards at 1.800.991.8708, Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 11 pm, Central Standard Time, or send an email requesting a replacement card to info@shopyourwayrewards.com. While it can take up to 4 weeks for your replacement card to arrive in the mail, please note you can still earn points by asking an Associate to look up your Member number using your phone number or email address. Issued points (including negative balances) will be transferred to the new Member card. Please note that you will be unable to redeem points until you receive your new card with your new Member information.

    Can I get cards for other members of my family?
    Yes, of course! Encourage them to join for free on this site and they will get their own card and Member number.

    I'm a member of Craftsman Club. Can I also participate in Shop Your Way Rewards?
    Yes. Just enroll in Shop Your Way Rewards. When you use your Shop Your Way Rewards card, you will enjoy special Craftsman Club Member pricing on select Craftsman items, plus earn 10 points or more for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases. See Craftsman Club for more information.

    I participate in KidVantage. Can I also participate in Shop Your Way Rewards?
    Yes. Purchases of eligible children's apparel and footwear will continue to count toward your KidVantage bonus if you are a member of the KidVantage program. Plus, you'll earn 10 points or more for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases when you use your Shop Your Way Rewards card. See KidVantage on this site for more information.

    What if I forget my card when I shop at Sears, Kmart, or the great indoors?
    You will still be able to earn 10 points or more for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases if you identify yourself as a Shop Your Way Rewards Member. Ask your Associate to look up your Member number using your phone number or email address in our records. We recommend you verify that we have your correct phone number and email address in our records. To do this, please log into this site and go to My Info page to verify we have the correct information for you. Please note, you will need your card to redeem your points.

    How does the "no receipt required" return policy work?
    If you need to return an item but have lost your receipt and you used your Shop Your Way Rewards card when you purchased the item, a Sears or Kmart Associate will be able to look up your original receipt for you. Simply provide your email or phone number to the Associate, who will look up your purchase.

    Do all my purchases count toward my points?
    Most items count toward points. The following purchases are excluded: lottery tickets, eatery, licenses, concessions, tobacco, alcohol, firearms, gift cards, postage, bill payments, credit card payments, gasoline, Western Union, prior layaway purchases, purchases for which points were redeemed, Lands' End stores, ServiceLive and Sears Hearing Aids, Portrait Studios or any other license business, charges for installation, delivery, shipping charges, extended warranties, protection agreements, Sears or Kmart auctions on eBay, taxes and fees.     Can I use my points with other discounts and specials offered by Sears, Kmart, Lands' End and the great indoors?
    Points can be combined with other discounts and special offers as well as all forms of payment accepted by Sears, Kmart, Lands' End and the great indoors.

    How long are points valid?
    Points expire one year after they are earned.

    How can I check to see if I have any offers or points?
    Simply visit the My Offers page of this Website, or call 1.800.991.8708, Monday - Sunday, 8 am - 11 pm, Central Standard Time. This Website address and the customer service phone number are also printed on the back of your Shop Your Way Rewards card for your convenience. You can check to see your points balance in store - just ask an Associate and present your card.

    My statement is showing I have a certain amount of points, but I know I've spent more than this. What should I do?
    Please allow up to 7 - 10 days for adjustments to your points to appear online or at the register. Your points are being tabulated as long as you are using your Shop Your Way Rewards card each time you make Qualifying Purchases at a participating store. If you have receipts that are not reflected in your My Points pages and they were purchases made at a participating store, visit the request missing credit page and post your missing purchase. For all purchases made at the great indoors, mygofer, Sears Auto Centers, Sears Home Services, Sears Grand, Sears Essentials, Sears Hardware, Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, and Sears Outlet, call customer service at 1.800.991.8708 within 60 days of your purchase.

    My family has more than one Sears Card. Can we have additional Shop Your Way Rewards cards?
    Yes, you can. Each cardholder in your family can enroll in Shop Your Way Rewards. Simply have the additional cardholders in your family enroll in store or online to sign up for their own Shop Your Way Rewards account.
    Please note:Only one email address can be used per Shop Your Way Rewards account. A single email address cannot be used for multiple Shop Your Way Rewards accounts.

    Why do I need to register on this Website?
    You can still earn points and receive offers without creating an online account. But this Member-only Website is your key to getting the most out of the Shop Your Way Rewards program. Once you register for online access on this Website, you'll be able to track your points-earning progress, check your VIP level, modify your account information and have access to exclusive offers and latest information exclusively for Members.

    Price Adjustments

    • Price adjustments will be given on prior Kmart purchases within 7 days of purchase.
    • You must present in your original sales receipt /email to receive the adjustment.
    • Price adjustments will not be given on holiday merchandise or merchandise that is on clearance.






    Kmart Easy Returns


    Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. An original receipt/email confirmation dated within 90 days of the original date of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. An original receipt /email confirmation dated within 30 days of the original date of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges of air conditioners, gas powered equipment, and jewelry and watches. It may be necessary to ask for identification for any return transaction. Returns without a receipt /email confirmation will not be accepted.

    All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging and contain all the original accessories. Some items, including music, movies, computer software, video games, and sports/toy collectibles, can not be returned if they have been opened. For other items, including folding guest beds, air/inflatable beds, continuous air bouncers, water slides, pools, gas powered lawn equipment, power tools, scooters over $149.99, specialty occasion clothing, video camera/camcorders, handbags, jewelry and watches, if the original packaging has been opened or tags and/or labels have been removed the items will only be exchanged with an identical item or a substantially similar item of equal value. Replacement products obtained in an exchange transaction will only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on any prescription drugs and special order jewelry.

    Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment online and in the store with the exception of purchases made in the store by check refunds will be given as cash.After the relevant time period, within which an eligible return or exchange may occur, has elapsed, we will offer a repair service by the manufacturer. We suggest you call 1-800-434-8438 for automated information on the manufacturer repair and warranty policies.

    Return by mail

    • Place the item securely in the original package, if possible, keeping jewelry and other items separate
    • Include all paperwork, parts and accessories
    • Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package
    • Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original shipping address on the package
    • Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
    • Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it
    • All shipped items (UPS, US Postal Service, etc...) can be returned by mail using the packing slip provided


    To best serve our customers, products may be shipped to you from other Sears Holdings companies or from other retailers. Please be sure to follow the return processes and procedures enclosed on the packing slips with these items.

    Oversized Item Returns

    We cover shipping charges on returned Oversized Items only if the item arrives at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not cover shipping charges on Oversized Items that are returned due to "buyer remorse." Please note: shipping charges can be expensive for Oversized Items.

    Follow these steps to return an Oversized Item:

    • The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original package.
    • Fill out the bottom of the packing slip, including the reason for your return, and put it in the package.
    • Contact a Customer Service Specialist to receive instructions on arranging for a freight delivery company to pick-up your item(s). Please have your order number available when you call.
    • You must be home at the time of pick-up and the item(s) must be at the door for the freight driver.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving the item(s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.

    At this time there is no published coupon policy. I will be sure to update this thread if a coupon policy does come about.

    Without a formal corporate coupon policy it typically becomes the discretion of the store manager to determine their coupon acceptance policies.


    Kmart does accept internet printables. They even have a Coupon Center!

    Layaway Fast Facts:

    • Layaway contract durations are:
    o Online: 8 weeks
    o In-Store: 8 or 12 weeks
    • The Initiation Fee on all new Layaway contracts is:
    o $5* for an 8 week duration or
    o $10* for a 12 week duration

    • The Down-payment is collected when the merchandise is put on Layaway and is:
    o $15 for 8 week or $30 for 12 week durations
    o or 10% down payment (whichever is greater)

    • The Cancellation Fee on all new Layaway contracts is:
    o $10* for 8 week or
    o $20* for 12 week durations.
    • The bi-weekly (every two weeks) payment schedule for all new Layaway contracts would
    be :

    • As long as the payments are made on time, the merchandise will be held for you
    o 25% of the original balance due for an 8 week or o 17% for a 12 week duration

    • Layaway merchandise will be returned to stock seven (7) days after a missed payment* Unauthorized Merchandise


    The following merchandise cannot be put in Layaway:

    • Beer, wine, and cigarettes
    • Flammable products and fuel
    • Food and other perishable merchandise
    • Live plants and horticulture
    • Oil and chemical based products
    • Photo Finishing and Portrait Studio pictures
    • Chemicals
    • Gas additives
    • Magazines
    • Paint thinner

    Layaway Transaction Rules

    • You can use one or any combination of these acceptable payment options:
    o In store: Cash, Check, Debit Card, Kmart Cash Card, coupons or EBT Cash
    (Note: EBT food stamps are not allowed)
    o In store and online: credit card (Sears Card, Sears MasterCard, Visa,
    MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Kmart Gift Card.

    • New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have other delinquent Layaways
    contracts

    • No partial takeouts or partial cancellations are permitted

    • Except where prohibited by law, there will be no price adjustments after 7 days from the
    date you start your layaway. Multiple price adjustments on the same items are not
    permitted. Price adjustments are not allowed on seasonal or clearance merchandise.

    • Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway. A picture ID is
    required for all new Layaways, pickups and refunds.

    • If you make a payment that is less than the minimum amount due; your payment due
    date is not advanced to the next biweekly cycle. You are still obligated to fulfill the rest of the current payment balance before the system will advance your next payment due date
    Additional provisions for online layaway customers

    • The merchandise must be available at the local store for pick up in order to be placed on Layaway. Look for merchandise with the Layaway icon to determine eligibility

    • Home Appliances eligible for layaway in-store only

    • Access layaway contract management functionality through Clothing, Toys, Electronics, Jewelry, Jaclyn Smith - Kmart.com or
    click on your Open Orders in the Order Center portion of your Profile • Contract cancellations are not allowed online

    • Layaway contracts must be picked up in store where merchandise is being held within 5
    days after the final payment is made

    Buy Online, Pick-up in-store!



    How does it work?

    1. Look for the symbol on products we offer both online and in the store.
    2. Enter your ZIP code on the product page delivery tab OR select "Pick Up" at the Shopping Cart.
    3. Choose a convenient store with the item in stock.
    4. Proceed to checkout, purchase the item and we will send you your "Ready for Pick Up" email with pick up instructions*.
    5. Bring the credit card you used for the purchase and a photo ID with proof of age if your order includes alcohol to the layaway area of the store.

    *For orders placed after store closing, you will receive an email the following business day. For items that are not in store, you will receive two emails.

    --Items will either be in stock pending email confirmation or due in store within a few days.

    --Items that are due in store are generally not stocked at the store or are currently out of stock. The additional time allows for shipping from our warehouse to the store.



    Is every item eligible for pick up?

    Some items we only carry online, some only in our stores. We are continuously looking for ways to provide you with the most flexibility and convenience. Please check back periodically to see what assortments we offer for pick up.



    When do I go to the store?

    Items that are in stock can be picked up the same or next day, depending on if you placed your order during store hours. Items marked "Get It Today" can be picked up in 2 hours after you complete your order, depending on availability in your area. Items marked "Get It Tomorrow" can be picked up at the time indicated in your "Ready for Pick Up" email. This email is usually sent within two hours if your order was placed during store hours. Make sure you have received this email before going to the store



    Can I change my mind and have the item shipped?

    No. Once an order is placed for pick up, you will need to go to the store to pick it up.



    Can someone else pick up my order?

    Yes, but you΄ll need to take a few extra steps to verify their identity. During the checkout process, be sure to check the "someone else will pick up my order" box. You will then supply the name and email address of the person who will be picking your order up so we can send them an email for them to print and bring when they pick up your items. This printed email identifies them as the person you΄ve selected to pick up your order.

    As you complete your order, you will be asked if you want to verify your identity through a service provider that specializes in identity verification. For your protection, you must answer "yes" if you want someone else to pick up your order. You will then answer a few questions about yourself. Sears does not have access to the questions or answers; only the service provider does. If you answer "no" to identity verification, you will need to choose an alternative pick-up or delivery method.



    What are your store hours?

    Store hours vary. After you select your store online, you can find the store hours on your Order Summary or "Ready for Pick Up" email.



    What do I bring with me to the store?

    Bring the credit card you used to place the order and a valid photo ID with proof of age if your order includes alcohol.



    Where do I go and what do I do?

    Go to the Layaway counter of the Kmart store you selected. A store associate will bring your item to you.



    Will my car or truck be big enough for the item?

    Some boxes are larger or heavier than your vehicle can hold. For the following types of items, you may need a large-bed pickup truck:
    • Kitchen or laundry room appliances
    • Large-screen televisions
    • Game tables
    • Air compressors
    • Large tool storage cabinets
    • Large exercise equipment



    How do I cancel or return my purchase?

    To cancel an order placed for pick up, contact customer service at 1-866-Kmart-4U (1-866-562-7848) or the store you selected for pick up. For items sold and fulfilled by Kmart, you may process your return in-store. Items sold or fulfilled by a third-party merchant must be returned directly to such merchant.
