I know we have a few threads going here and I waded through pages and pages of posts and I thought it might help to just make a thread with these in it. I tend to get overwhelmed sometimes when I am looking for "the deals" so I thought perhaps others are like me.

Anyway, here's what I did over the last three days, three transactions (one per day), building up to a $10 mm in the form of the rebate.

First Product deal:
Dove Ultimate Deodorant $3.79
-$2/1 ip HERE (doubled = Free)

Transaction 1 (day 1)
When you buy $15 of participating products, you get a $5 catalina good on your next order.
Dove is included. So, buy 4 for free, and get a fifth freebie of whatever you want (so you don't waste that opportunity for that fifth coupon!), then get a $5 catalina to use on your next purchase.

Soft Scrub $2.99
-$1.50/1 mq 3.7.10 RP
=Free
~Catalina deal at KMart on a host of products including Soft Scrub, Dial, Angel Soft and a bunch of other brands. If you buy $20 worth, you get a $5 coupon. If you buy $30, you get a $10 coupon.

Transaction 2 (day 2)
7 Soft Scrub $2.99/ea
$2.07 fill item(s)
=23.00
-7x $1.50/1 mq (only five will double)
-$5 catalina from Dove purchase
=-$23.00
=$0 oop + tax, earn $5 coupon

Product deal #3:
Tampax Pearl $4.49
-$2/1 mq 3.7.10 PG
=$.49/ea
~MIR deal at KMart on a host of participating P&G products including Tampax. If you buy $25 worth, you can submit for a $10 mastercard. You will need a MIR form, found at KMart .

Transaction 3 (day 3)
6 Tampax $4.49/ea
-cheap fill $.50
=$27.44
-6 $2/1 mq (five will double)
-$5 cat from Soft Scrub transaction
=-$27.00

=$.44 + tax oop and earn $10 MIR

Total oop: basically tax with a $10 mastercard earned.

Buy 3 Gillette Body Washes on sale for $4 ($12)
Buy 1 Febreze Air Effects on sale for $2.50
Total: $26.50

Use:

One $2/1 Gillette Razor Coupon from 3/7 P&G (make sure the razors you get are a match for the coupon)
Three $2/1 Gillette Body Wash coupons from 3/7 P&G (will subtract $12)
One $1/1 Febreze Air Effects coupon from 3/7 P&G or from Home Made Simple book
One BOGO Gillette Razor Coupon from 4/4 P&G (again, make sure your razors match these coupons)

Final after coupons: $2.50 + tax

To lower you OOP by $1 on the Soft Scrub scenario you can print $2/1 Total Kitchen q's from their website HERE (must sign up and go to Member Exclusive Offers for the $2 q). Make sure you use the 2 $2 q's LAST so they will be the 2 that don't double since their face value is higher and they only double up to the purchase price anyway. Also, if you get a mix of the Bathroom and Kitchen cleaners make sure the cashier selects all the bathroom cleaners first since the $2 q's you will use last need to attach to the Kitchen cleaners.

I did a transaction to get the $5 CAT Back but nothing printed...went to customer service and they had no clue of the promotion so I went back today with a print out from their website and they said they had no way to give me $5 back...she said the doubled coupons voided the CAT I should have gotten...Did anyone have any luck or was it really due to the coupons??

She didn't know what she was talking about. Using coupons doesn't affect you getting the catalina. Their machine must be broken. I have always used coupons on catalina deals and I have always had the catalina print out (unless the machine was broken) even during doubles events. You could always return all the items and have them re-ring them up for you - I've done that in the past when it didn't print out for me.

If you call catalina, they will take down the info from your receipt and send you your catalina in the mail. I have earned several with no problems.

My Dove cat did not print either and they didn't know anything about it. I guess I will call the catalina company but I have had mixed results getting anything from them.
