Can you Combine Kmart and Manufacturers Coupons

There are coupon books at kmart right now of kmart only coupons, anyone know if these can be combined with manufacturers coupons like at target?

in the kmart facts:

Does Kmart except a Kmart coupon in addition to a manufacturer's coupon on each item purchased? we except one or the other at time of sale.

kmart coupons are clearly marked "cannot be combined with any other coupon for the same items and is not subject to doubling"

unfortunately using both a store and a manufacturer at kmart is a no go

To take this one step further, just for anyone else that may be wondering about this. If your store happens to allow this, that is up to the store, but because it is against corp policy please do not post about it here.
