Re: New Year of Doubles????? I emailed and asked them if it meant a $2 coupon on something that was $3.50 would equal $.50 overage. They said:
"Thank you for your recent correspondence. We are always interested in
hearing from our customers. We can understand wanting to make sure you
have the correct rules and guidelines for the Double Coupon Event.
At this time, your reasoning is correct on the doubled coupon no matter
the retail price. This is the information provided by our corporate
office. This information may be clarified closer to the actual event
time. We recommend checking in with us at the end of March for more
details. The stores will be enforcing the coupon limits.
The Greenville, OH and Piqua, OH stores are not going to be
participating in this event. We apologize for any inconvenience you may
encounter by not having all of your local stores participating.
We appreciate your feedback. By sharing your ideas, you have enabled us
to address the issues and provide feedback to the appropriate person.
Truly, your remarks provide forthright feedback that will enable Sears
Holdings to improve the customer experience.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter with
your selected stores not participating in the Double Coupon Event and we
thank you for contacting us."
Awesome! All we need is some $2 coupons for super cheap items! Maybe that will make up for the stingy 5 coupon limit. |
