Wow! This is a doozy and I sure hope that it catches on with all the other competitor stores!

Kmart has started a new program,Kmart has a Smart Assist Savings Program for the unemployed where customers who are unemployed and receiving unemployment benefits, can save 20% off of “Own-Brand” products. There are currently over 1,500 “Own-Brand” regular priced and drug store items for you to get a 20% discount on!

I brought the printed card into my kmart the other day and no one knew what it was! LOL.... Didn't really surprise me though. It makes their baby water only $0.80/gallon
