SAD What to say in phone call

So I attempted the doubles today. It was really lame. All the shelves of any deals were completely bare. I ran into a few other people in the store with stacks of coupons and they remarked that apparently they hadn't restocked from the last doubles. The store was extremely untidy and several people had left coupons all over the store from deals they had tried to do and obviously not because stuff wasn't in stock.

There were some blinkie type machines that were giving off coupons that expired in June and July... it's August 30th.

The prices were a completely joke... there were some items that were several dollars more than what Meijer routinely charges (and where I normally shop). Even taking off the double Q's they weren't deals.

I filled out the survey at the end of my receipt and was brutually honest about what a bad experience it was. At the end a window popped up saying due to the very poor rating someone would contact me from customer service to see what they could do about it if I cared to leave my number. I thought sure ... maybe I will get a gift card so I left my number. Has anyone else had someone call them from the store and if so what did they say to the corporate ... and was it of any benefit ( get coupons, gift cards etc. ??)

2 doubles events ago I called corporate & complained because my coupons did not come off correctly, and I waited 2 HOURS at customer service for the cashier, department leader and the Asst Store MaNager try to figure out how to fix it. All corporate did was have the other ASM call me (but he did send me a $20 gc). ASM #1 had stated "I wish we'd stop taking coupons, they are a pain in the a$$ and we don't know how to handle them"......
