Kmart ~ Question: Kmart doubles 8/30- What coupons are you stocking?

You have to watch the cashier, she has to select both products in order for it to double correctly. Like with the trident $1.00/2 last week. They were on sale for $1.00 each and the coupon doubled to $2.00/2 getting them both FREE. I had purchased 6 they all came up and she selected 2, when the next coupon came it showed 4 left and same thing.
I always tell the cashier to please make sure they select 2 products.

Could someone please tell me more about the kmart doubling coupon day. I am new at the site. Will they even double a coupon if its worth $3.00? What is the limit?

Coupons are only doubled $2 and below. Example $2 coupon will double to $4. Nothing over $2 will double. Most stores have limits of 10, but I have heard that Super K's limit this week is 25. You will only know for sure once you see your sales ad which should be up on the kmart website tomorrow.

I don't think you have to remind them as the system wont take the discount unless the cashier selects two items..the system prompts them to choose another item if they only select one. At least thats what the registers have been doing at my store or else they just automatically double the way they should. Kind of takes a lot of the "stress" out of checking out during doubles week, lol.
