Re: KMart: overage? Have any of you actually tried the Soleil razors? Honestly I think they are some of the worst razors ever. I bought a bunch when there was a good deal at Walgreens, but both my dd and I decided they are awful. We get more nicks and cuts and razor burn from them than anything I have ever used. I will use them to shave my underarms (for some reason, I don't have problems using them there) but won't let them anywhere near my legs.
Still, the deal at Kmart is tempting in terms of getting an item to donate to the local womens shelter... *IF* anyone else out there thinks they're OK. I mean, I don't want to donate something that everyone universally hates using. But if some people find they're just fine for their skin, well then maybe they're worth picking up? I have to go by Kmart anyway b/c I still have some catalinas from the P&G and Unilever deals which need to be used before they expire. I figured I could pick up razors if they'd be of use to someone.
So, what's the verdict? Are they worth picking up to donate or will I just be causing pain and suffering to the people I'm trying to help out? |
