QUESTION Kmart-Catalina ad?

I bought $50 worth of AXE products and did not get the CAT back. The manager said she would give it to me if I could show her an ad. After searching the store up and down I found several ads for that deal but none of which had AXE listed. Where can I find some printed information to show them?

The Unilver Cat deal did not work for me yesterday either and the manager refused to do anything about it! The deal is advertised in the monthly flier that is supposed to be valid unitl monday july 13th. It is listed on the website and is usually in store too, pages 23-26 I think.

Ok, I see the ad, but I cant see a list of the included products. And our store does not have this ad any more. :sad:

I would think that the items on those pages all qualify. Page 24 shows the Axe items.. could you print it out and take it in maybe?

why don't you just call catalina? They will mail it to you if you did indeed qualify for the cat.

I dediced to void the order instead the reason being my scenarios for doubles inlcuded rolling my cat. If I call catalina by the time I get the reward doubles will be over and my kmart's prices are crazy high w/o double coupons.

There are shelf hanging signs ALL OVER the 3 stores I frequent, some have a few brands listed but a few have ALL the brands listed, the signs in the Hair section should list the Axe brand, look on the endcaps for it or call K-marts customer service number while standing right in line, see if that changes the manager's mind to helping you. I'm sure the CS rep will have access to the brands listed and can correct the manager. I know I'm a little ballsy but we are not stealing from them and I hate poor customer service and un-knowledgeable staff, I'm a retail manager and there is no excuse for it from a properly operated store!
