Kmart ~ Doubles: Status of double coupons at Kmart - share which stores are and are not participating in doubles ~ 2009

We have gone ahead and created a new database for Hot Coupon World members to use to share with the community the store status for double coupons.

KMART DOUBLE COUPON STATUS

What we are going to ask you to do is to please ADD any confirmed status about if your store(s) are or are not doubling coupons. Each week you will need to fill it out again...since these things seem to change from week to week.

Commonly asked question: How do I find out if my store is doubling or not?

1. View your ad online on the Kmart website just enter your zip code. Check the online version of your ad and see if it mentions that your store is participating or not. It should say on the front cover.
2. Check your physical paper ad (in stores, or delivered usually with your Sunday newspaper)
3. Visit your local store and see if they have signs up indicating that they are participating or ask a manager.
4. Call your local store and ask a manger (it is better to visit in person however and you can get the run around on the phone sometimes)
5. Call or Email Kmart Corporate office and ask if any stores in your area are participating. Phone Number: 1-866-KMART-4U Email Address: help@customerservice.kmart.com

Try a few of these methods because some are not fool proof. Sometimes it will show in the online ad but not the store ad and vice-versa. Your best bet is to email Kmart Corp.

Well looks like my store is no longer having double coupons. thats so sad because that is the only time I go. I can only put up with the untrained and ignorant staff if I know it is worth my while.

I asked if they were any time soon and she said "That's part of what I can't say"

There is always something I could use at Kmart! The one that I go to which is the only one that doubles (and is an hour away) happens to be a Super Kmart. I can go there and get my groceries and some household goodies too!

In Sept. Kmart in SD said there would be no more double couponing intill after the 1st of 2010. Then again they had doubles at the end of Sept to Oct 3rd. Keep checking, for you never know about Kmart.!!

If they were more 'transparent' ...more people would be making more trips to the store!!!

they probably wont start doubling again till after the new year due to the holidays these next few months. They did this last year as well. the first week of jan they started off with new doubles. lets just hope and pray for the best coupons to come out for the new year usually we get all 3 inserts for the new year ;)
