Kmart-Catalina Deal Question

I have a question. I bought 7 of the Glade Lasting Impressions for $5.99 each , a pair of 6.99 shoes, and a box of Little Debbies cakes for $1.33.
My total was around $52.00 and I used a $5.00 coupon. I got a $14 OYNO catalina.
The 7 glade came to $41.93 yet it generated a $14.00 catalina.
My question is: Does it got by the regular price of the Glade Lasting Impressions?
The regular price is $8.79 so that times 7 is $61.53.

I think something is up with their machines. I went to two Kmart on Tuesday twice. The first time I got some huggies wipes, 1 pack of diapers, 2 ragus and a glade air freshener and one other thing which would have made my total $35 of those products supposedly generating a $7 cat. I instead got a $14 one to my surprise. Went to the other kmart after class and only bought 1 pack of diapers and 1 glade air freshener and two other things totalling $20 which would have given me $3 cat and I got ANOTHER $14 one. I was totally shocked. Will be going today to try again. Love the free diapers.
