Kmart-Do catalinas (store coupons) not count towards your spending?

First things first, do catalinas roll at kmart? I thought they did last time so if so,

Say I do this:
4 oust @ $3.79 - 4 $2 Qs = free
4 axe shampoo @ $4.99 - $2 Qs = 3.96
2 marrobone @ $2.99 - 2 $1.50 Qs = free
(35.12 towards catalina deal)
= pay 3.96 + tax and get $7 catalina (too bad I missed the movie promo)

Go back the next day:
4 kleenex @ $2 - .50/3 - b3g1 = $5
4 ziploc vaccum kits @ $3.99 - 4 $2 Qs = free
2 scrubbing bubbles toilet gel @ $3.50 - 2 $1 Qs = $3
2 Dove ultimate @ $3.99 - 2 $2 Qs = free
= $8 (38.94 towards catalina deal)
- 7 previous catalina
= $1 plus tax oop

Now would I get a $7 cat from the second transaction or a $3 one if the $7 cat is subtracted from my 38.94 towards the second catalina deal?

The cat prints before you give your coupons. It actually prints as soon as they hit total. So youd still get the full amount regardless of what coupons / cats you used to pay.
