Kmart ~ Clearance: K-Mart-Free Special K 18 oz

I went tonight to get the Special K 12 oz that was on sale for 2.50. I had $1/1 MQ. I saw next to it on the shelf was the 18 oz box with 2 sample boxes of other cereals attached to it on clearance for $2. So I got them for free after the coupon doubled. I was there yesterday and those bigger boxes were not clearanced, so they must have done it today.

I looked for these today and saw a big box with samples attached on the top shelf. I don't remember now if they were 18 oz or not, but they scanned at $4.49. I was so disappointed.

These have been in my KMart for $4.99....still were when I went on Sunday.
I would like to warn everyone that is stockpiling that there was a February 09 expiration date on the 12 oz boxes that I initially went to buy. I put them back and found a display with Nov 09 date. One of my issues with buying food at a non "Grocery store" or non Super Kmart is that it does not move and therefore are short dated. Check your dates!
