K-Mart- Doubles Jan4th-9th

My husband and sons just came back from Kmart and there is a banner running under the outside sign advertising double coupons for the 1/4-1/10 no other details. I had not seem anything in the online local ad so I thought we may not be getting doubles. Maybe they will be putting another ad out to promote doubles:shrug7:. Anyway I live in Lond so this is good news.

If you don't mind sharing, which city and state was this in?

Anyone who has seen flyers or banners can you confirm its only $1 now instead of the $2 like in the past?

I just got back from Kmart, and the customer service person told me it starts sunday, and it is only up to $1.....She also said that they are going to send emails to announce it. She even agree'd that only doubling to $1 sucked, that it would be cheaper for her to go elsewhere to shop....

Indianapolis here - They no longer take internet printables either, last time I had my whole trip planned and had to have them delete the items with those coupons. Thought it wa s just that K-Mart went to another one and got the same answer. No internet printables.

Since they began doubles, they have always stated that internet printables will not be permitted. Sounds like your stores weren't following corporates policy, but it finally caught up with them.

They won't take printables, but you can ask for many of the Internet printables to be mailed to you and all of the Kmarts I've been to in Northeast Ohio take them because they are printed on security paper.

To see if the manufacturer will mail them to you, click on the small "Help" link in the bottom right hand corner of the "Print This Coupon" page. If the next page has a space for your address, fill it in.

Depending on what Bricks mailing cycle is, you could conceivably get your coupons in a few days - maybe too late for this event, but you could save them for the next one.

Wow- does it seem to anyone else that it's almost like it's supposed to be a big secret that they are just expecting folks to 'stumble' upon? No flyers being sent to stores or homes... I'm just saying...

Also, Ragu shouldn't be too bad of a deal- $2 ea (2/$4 in monthly ad)- $.75/1= $0.50 each OR $2/2 from K-Mart Savings booklet recently released (without doubling)= $1 each. That's the one I'm focused on- running low on sauce!

I went to our kmart tonight inquiring about the doublers. The service desk lady did not know about tomorrows doublers.. but she asked some more "official" looking fellow and he confirmed.. but stated abruptly its only up to and including $1.00. I wanted to say "I know" lol. That was in the middle of Michigan. I took my coupons tonight and browsed for what I might want to get tomorrow. Only thing I found is the oral b manual toothbrushes for .19 and covergirl eyeliners pencils will be .29 after coupon.
