Blech! The $1 limit is no good to me. I'll stay home and save my gas money instead. What a letdown.

I'll be interested to see what is actually free after coupon doubles if the limit is only $1, such a poor choice by Kmart. This isn't any special after holidays sale, it's poorer than normal! I have no idea how the Kmart in my town stays in business, sometimes I see items 2x the price found at Walmart.

Not worth it to me either and I only have one grocery store Kroger 18 miles away that doubles up to .50 cents. The other grocerys double only up to .40 cents and a limit of 10 c.

I can buy things cheaper at Walmart with a coupon not doubling then at Kmart with it being doubled up to $1.00!

And lest anyone out there think that Walmart is cheap: the prices at my Walmarts are on par with those of the drug stores, high and overly inflated. Ain't nothing cheap about Walmart here. So that's saying a lot about Kmart!

I am not sure if I will be going either. I have tons of things in a storage box from all the sales I have taken advantage of. If I do go it would only be for the $1 off coupons of shampoos or soap. My K mart has a small food aisle and it is not worth it, I can get it cheaper at other sales and my local supermarkets double coupons to $.99 daily. Besides that the K mart near me is horrible about restocking and when I want something they are usually out of stock. cheryl

I'll be going, but I am soooo sad that it is no longer up to $2.00! I've been saving my $2.00 coupons to potentially double. Hope to get at least a few deals at Kmart.

well, it's a real bummer that they won't double up to $2 anymore. But I am sure there are still plenty $1 coupons worth doubling.

so its double up to a 1.00 coupon right? (which would make it 2.00) not a 2.00 coupon (which would be 4.00) like last time?

Well that stinks!! Our Kmart here in NKY always runs out of stuff anyway and they don't restock during the doubles anyway. Also, I have noticed that they have raised a lot of their prices since the doubles, and that just isn't right either! Oh well, maybe there will be a few freebies, but not worth the trouble IMHO.
