They are doubling coupons up to and including a $2 value. Yes, $2 coupons double to $4, as long as the product price is $4 or above. If it is less, they double up to the amount of the product price.
it will double up to 2.00. So does that mean a 2.00 q will be 4 or does that mean 2.00 is the most it will do? Our kmart in GA just had a ad in this sunday's paper that said up to 2.00. So I was just wondering
Thanks

So if I have a $4.00 coupon they will only double $2 of it to make it worth $6?
No, just coupons up to and including $2 in value will double. Coupons over $2 will scan only at that value.

I just got home from my one and only trip to Kmart for the super doubles week...not happy. None of my coupons over $1.00 doubled and when I went to the customer service desk I was told that it is not the dollar value of the coupon that is doubled up to $2.00, but rather the whole doubled amount cannot be for more than $2.00. I showed her the printed sign taped to her customer desk that clearly states that manufacturer coupons up to and including $2.00 woul double. She looked at it and two other young ladies at the customer service desk looked at it and they seemed perplexed. I'm not sure if they understand the wording of the sign or maybe they just aren't trained properly. Anyway, I asked for the corporate number as district managers are often as clueless as the store personnel. I am calling them tomorrow with my problem and hope that they can solve it before I post a huge letter about them on the web. I also downloaded and printed out the consumer protection laws here in Idaho and they violated at least two of the laws tonight...:frown: Maybe a complaint filed with the attorney general of my state may get things jumpstarted, who knows?

I had several $2 q's that doubled to $4. Call CS. They should be able to help.
Good luck.
