kmartfeedback.com I NEED EVERYONE’S HELP. We all know the voice of the customer is what makes any business successful. Kmart has a site for customer feedback. This prints randomly on everyone’s receipt, but if you go to www.kmartfeedback.com you can still participate.
This goes directly to the top and literally rolls down hill. I am asking for everyone’s feedback on this site. There are some great stories that have been posted and wonderful comments about CS and registers system and confusing communication.
This only requires about 5- 10 min of your time and the receipt # from each receipt. I ask you to be truthful and use names if you can (many stores that were on the conference call, to include myself give KUDO AWARDS).
Receipt # is located at the bottom of the paper (it identifies the date/time and location of the transaction).
I know there are some great stories out there so tell the corporate offices so I can have one less conference call to attend.

For quality control purposes, if you enter the sweepstakes more than three (3) times during one promotional period your sweepstakes entries will be removed. You can give feedback as many times as you have receipts for, but you can only enter in the sweepstakes 3 times per period.
So, feel free to give feedback and hopefully you have some good experiences to talk about.
