Yes, once we have a decent amount of signatures. I am actually promoting this website in several different forums. We should see a large amount of signitures to the petition soon enough.

Also, could everybody please digg the website. This will help us get more exposure!

I received an email back from CS - TWICE - I posted in the Kmart forum.

We now have more than 80 signatures. Our goal is to have 120 by the end of today! If you have any friends that are couponers and don't participate in HCW, now wouldn't be a bad time to email them.
