DoctorDeal, I agree with Abond that the person you talked to was probably making something up or misinformed. I've had this problem before with K-mart customer service and that's why I didn't bother to call about my experience. I just won't shop there anymore. I'm glad the rest of you have been able to get your tickets.

Sorry my posts have made this thread so long! I didn't mean to cause such a ruckus!

I think the rep I spoke to truly believed what she was telling me and was misinformed my her superiors or misunderstood what she was told by her superiors.

I am glad I called, though, because I believe she was making a genuine effort to assist me by following through with the store.

The store offered me $ compensation, which I accepted.

Good luck to the rest of you and good for you guys and gals who got your Cats without incident!

Is this deal only for kmart? does anyone know if other stores are doin it? like Gianteagle?

I really don't want to step foot in kmart...buuuutt if i haaavvveee toooo lol my hubbie was already planning to see this movie :)

I am happy. It's going on until the 24th. He wants to see this movie...really bad. I am going to Kmart now.

there is a wine tag floating around in the OC CA area good $1/2. I only had one and used it at ralphs last week, doh! lol., but if you have them this is a super deal.
