King Soopers ~ Question: Ft.Collins Colorado area

I'm trying to help my newbie couponing mom do the Mega deal at King Soopers. I read through the coupon policy here on the board and it looks like each store varies (what a shock).

Looking for someone in the area who could help me out with the policy for the Ft.Collins store or if she'd do better going to Loveland, Greeley, etc.

She also needs to find someone near her to trade with. Right now I gather the coupons for her and send them.

How crazy would it be if I knew the person/people who respond? I grew up in Ft. Collins, but have been gone for 20 years.
