"I don't come from money, I come from coupons!"
Just wanted to mention I was in KK this morning. My third trip this week, because of all the great $1 coupons on sale items - the Heinz ketchup, Simply smart milk, Barilla pasta, Bounty Basic towels. I bought 4 cartons of Simply Smart earlier in the week - sale price $2.99, printable $1 coupon doubled.
Went in again today and was told the new policy is that milk coupons will not be doubled, even if it doesn't say it on the coupon.
Glad I got 4 cartons earlier in the week!
Not doubling milk coupons is an OLD policy. not new at all. There are signs at every register with the rules. I forget the exact year, maybe 2006?

Well guess what?
I used the "contact us" link on the KK website and described what happened, including my cell phone number. To my surprise, the district manager called me back within a half hour and said that was a very old policy which no longer applied, told me to see the manager of the store and mention his name, and I would get the $2.
So it pays to speak up!
It would help if you posted his name here. We could all refer to him.
Thanks.
I wrote his name on my calendar at work. I won't be back at work until Monday (I work for a bank, closed on Veteran's Day tomorrow). His first name is Frank, I think an Italian-sounding last name.
I will definitely let you know the name on Monday!
