Two internet coupon policy

I went to king kullen today and was told I can only use two internet coupons per day! When did this come into effect? They had signs at every checkout stating the policy.

I think this is ridiculous. The 5 coupons per day doubling was already strict enough.

wow bummer! I know they only allow two of the same manuafacturer coupons at any one time but if all you had were IP coupons even if they are for different things that kind of kills that days shopping.

I contacted corporate and they sent me an email that my store was misapplying the policy. I went back to the store and had no problems. They even took down the signs that stated the new policy

I'm glad you called and got it sorted out. You were given the wrong info at the time you shopped there. KK does not accept "free" internet coupons (but buy one get one free internet coupons are ok), and the standard policy of 2 identical coupons per order applies to internet coupons as does the limit of 5 $1.00 off doubled. (A total of 5 $1.00 coupons will double per order, whether they are internet or manufacturer ). I work for them and I know it's confusing and a hassle, but I use coupons myself almost every time I shop, so I'm pretty up to date on what's OK there and what isn't.
If you can maximize the coupons with the weekly sales there are some really good bargains to be had, but (and as an employee, I feel bad saying this...) they are not a store for impulse run in/out shopping, but I know you're aware of that already...

I've had this problem in KK many times in the past (I'm from Staten Island) and I've contacted corporate at least 3 times - each time it was OK for a while, but eventually some cashier would tell me "only 2 internet coupons" and another cashier would swear to it! I have no idea why this happens.

As for BOGO, I was unaware KK took those, I have never even tried. I've been hassled so many times about internet coupons, I just take the BOGO's elsewhere.

New coupon policy again? What is this?? I was told only one $1 coupon allowed per day and only 2 internet coupons in the entire order no matter what they are for. Any one else experiencing this?

I can live with the internet coupon policy but if they limit the $ coupons to one per day, my incentive to go there will be pretty much gone. They are otherwise too expensive to go there other than for specials with the dollar coupons. I do like their fish department but I would not buy other stuff that much. Stop and shop sometimes will double $ coupons but usually just 4 with a $15 purchase and you have to use their store coupons to do it. But KK was great with the $ coupons.

I agree. Their is no incentive to go to KK if this is the new policy. What is your KK currently saying the policy is?

I havent been back since last Saturday and this week its the same circular as last week, so Im not sure Im going. It wasnt a good week last week coupon wise anyway. I did score big on chicken cutlets. $1.99 for thin cut perdue and Shadybrook grnd turkey was reduced to .99. Im not proud I will get cheap meat etc.

I don't understand the coupon policy...I had $1 off Barilla pasta($1 on sale)+sauce($2 on sale) manufacturer, they only double ONE and said I can only use 2 identical coupons.
It was very embarassing when I had to tell the cashier I don't want them if I can't use my coupons. I'm new to this, I was going to donate the pasta+sauce to my son's school food pantry drive.
