I got a bunch of coupons in the mail from Jewel yesterday. There were 4 coupons. 2 - Spend $80 & save $8 on school supplies 1- Spend $80 & save $8 on Labor day bbq essentials 1-Spend $80 & save $8 on back to school lunch box essentials

First question: Did anyone else get these? Second question: I am wondering if these are just like the regular spend $$ & save $$ or do I actually have to buy $8 worth of the above mentioned items. How will the register know which items are school supplies or which I am using for my bbq? Anyone see/use these before. TIA.

My guess is that these are basically $8 off $80. "lunch box essentials' can be anything from bread for making sandwiches to applesauce, to bottled water, to fresh fruit, to zip-loc bags.

School supplies too--my son's school supply list for this fall includes hand sanitizer, zip-loc bags, poloroid film, baby wipes, you get the picture.

Yay! The coupon worked & I didn't even buy any school supplies

Luckily, the clerk scanned the $8 coupon before my other coupons, otherwise I would not have made the $80.

I received the below post card type flyer in the mail today from Jewel

Spend $160.00 and Save $10.00

There is a total of Four Coupons with the effective dates of
September 20th - 29th
September 30th - October 6th
October 7th - October 13th
October 14th - October 20th

The front of the post card type flyer says "Bonus Coupon Blitz Turn over for Big Time Savings!

My mom just sent me her coupons and they say Spend $60 and Save $6
