There is actually a triple dip going on. Betty Crocker fruit flavored snacks have a cat going: Buy 3 - get 1.50, buy 4- get $2.50 and buy 5 or more get $3.50 OYNO. Products included: fruit shapes, fruit by the foot, fruit gushers, and fruit roll-ups.

Buy 5 fruit snacks, 6 Pillsbury crescent or sweet rolls & get a $10 cat, a $3.50 cat & a $4 cat. I did this deal on Friday using the fruit shapes & crescent rolls--there were better coupons available for the shapes.
    Database Havelist construction is complete!!!

I'm with Southsider! I usually always start with the manager.

Just an FYI, though - I've never had trouble at the big Jewel by me (I went right to the manager in the beginning because I didn't feel like the hassle later on), but my little Jewel (closest to me) has always been hit or miss. Most recently I was told that they only take manufacturer's coupons that state $X/XX any product from a competitor. When I asked (nicely) why any manufacturer's coupon is different from another manufacturer's coupon, I was told that she would have to look it up and get back to me, and she'd take mine that day but she wouldn't take them any longer.

I went today and stopped by the Desk to ask what she'd found out. The manager told me that they don't take store coupons so I shouldn't try that (why did she throw that at me??), but that they do take all manufacturer's coupons. She was a little embarrassed telling me because she knew I had been right, but I go there all the time, so hopefully she'll be cool with me.

BUT, my point is that she looked this up in their Jewel coupon manual/guide/rules and came back to me with this answer. And I am SURE she scrutinized it for the answer because she wanted to be correct. So you shouldn't have any problem (being correct, at least!) at your Jewel if you nicely tell them that manufacturer's coupons are accepted at the Jewel's you know of.

I am from Crown Point and had a terrible experience with the Munster Jewel on Saturday. I was dealing with the customer service manager and she was very rude. They are not coupon friendly and told me that I couldn't do 2 orders back to back because the cat said "on your next order." I explained that "on your next order" means NEXT ORDER NOT NEXT VISIT. They said fine and let me do it but I wouldn't go back there. I usually go to Crown Point or Dyer and they are both very nice and well stocked. If Munster gives you a hard time I would just drive the 10 mins down the road to Dyer.

You can ask to speak to the Store Manager. If that does not work call Customer Service and ask to speak to the District Manager. Unless those higher up get complaints from customers about how they are treated they are not going to know that there are problems.
