I didn't see a limit in the sale paper. Make sure you have a paper and if it doesn't take off the additional $3 then bring to the cashiers attention if you catch it before you check out. If not since it doesn't mention a limit they should reimburse you at the service desk. You should be able to use the $3 off 4 tearpad as long as it is for the items in the sale.

If I recall correctly those buy Ritz get free Crakerful coupons say limit one per transaction. If so you will only be able to use one per transaction.

I can get the Ritz Cracker and Wheat Thins for $1/box. With winter coming those crackers will come in handy for soup and chili.
