Jewel Cats-Can someone help me?

I don't usually shop at Jewel but a coworker has told me about all the great deals she is getting because of the Conagra Cats deal.
The only thing I know about cats is Walgreens RR.
Can you tell me if they work the same way?
My main questions are:
Do I need to add up to $25 before preffered savings and coupons or is it a total of $25 after all coupons and other savings?
Can I use the $10 cat I get to then roll into more Conagra cats?
I am SO lost!

Yes you just need to reach $25 before any savings but not including taxes (before preferred card and before coupons).

For some reason my Jewel Osco's prices shown include tax. I tried to do the Conagra offer with a total of $25.10 based on the prices shown on the shelf and the OYN coupon did not print due to the fact that $0.28 of tax was added in so I really had 24.82.

The sales desk refunded my purchase and gave me my coupons back to try again.

I am not sure about rolling the same deal into itself (WAG doesn't allow that) but I was able to roll a $5 OYN from last weeks Kraft deal.

You should be able to roll over unless the cat specifically says that you can't. Off hand the only one I have seen that on at Jewel are cat's for P&G.
