What is the policy on using a MFC on items that are B1G1F?
Is it allowed to use a MFC on the free item?
I have used MFC's on items with this offer, and have had no problem. There fore I thought it was okay. But when I went to redeem my raincheck for fischer nuts @ $3.15 each with a B1G1F offer, the cashier gave me back one of the two Q's that I gave to him.
On B1G1 free at Jewel. You can use a B1G1 free coupon to get them both free. You can use a Free coupon on the first one and get them both free. Or you may use one $$ off coupon per item upto the amount that they cost together ($3.15 using 2 $1.50/1s is fine, but 2 $2/1s would have to be adjusted to FREE, but not overage).
No investigation necessary. Those are the rules at Jewel. Unless you get caught by a coupon cop, then you will need a CSM to verify the rules for you.
You will only get 1 $10 catalina. The ad states buy 3 get $3 off your next order, buy 5 or more and get $10 off.
Seperate your orders of 5 items each and then you will get a $10 catalina for each order.
I recently visited jewel to use my aquafresh coupons and was stopped when the cashier scrutinized my q.
I was told that jewel has changed the policy on the use of expired q's.
They are not accepted.
I then called jewel's customer care line and was told that the policy was changed on Feb. 2.
I just used expireds over the weekend with no trouble. Did you call the number on the website? (I can't remember it exactly, but it's an toll free number) That number is to a national call center for Supervalu and sometimes they have no idea what is going on at Jewel.
Woah. I have had no problem using expireds this month. If they really change the policy I am SOL. Your best bet is to talk to the store manager or even just CS at the store where you shop.
