Hubby and i just received ours today!! We constantly use our debit cards which are mastercard so yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can only use it Nov 11-19th.

I dont think so we both are signed up for their flyers that come in the mailbox and we have both used our MC debit cards at the store. So im not sure what triggers them.

Ok, I went to JCP to use my $10 coupon, and got an awesome deal. I got a pair of $28 shoes that were marked down to $13.99-$10 for $3.99 and I got DD a dance t-shirt for $1.97. :D Not bad for $6! ;)

DH & I just received ours yesterday, sometimes we get them & sometimes we don't. The only thing different this time is we used our JCPenney card last month for something when normally we would use our cashback card.
I plan on using them this Sunday at the friends & family event.
