OK JCP, I'll keep an open mind-toy deals

I hear JCP now does markdowns on the 1st Fri of the month. So, here I was today at mine checking things out. I didn't find the clothes to be such a great deal. The gloves/hats/scarves were still kinda pricey, IMO. As a matter of fact, the pjs I've been stalking are still $10 from weeks and weeks ago (not bad, but I like cheaper, I mean, I was used to $2.97-$4.97 prices & using coupons, so give me a break) . Luckily, I was there when they started marking the toys down. Here's what they had:
$4 Dora Mermaid
$4 Bilingual (Eng/Spanish) laptops & IPAD-thingys
$1 Barbie ear-buds
$4 Einstein 20 questions electronic game
$4 Barbie doll w/a tub
$2 paper plane kits
$4 Disney Princess Tea pot w/cups/plates
$4-6 pink & blue MP3 players
So, those deals weren't too bad. I haven't given up on JCP yet! HTH

Whatever marketing exec thought up that commercial with everybody screaming was out of their mind. I can't stand it. There was a different one yesterday, so hopefully they've pulled it. THere isn't one near me, so I don't shop there. I bought something online a couple years ago, but that's it.

Gosh, IMO, the commercials are dumb--but I did post about $10 coats I found this week, so I still haven't given up! Will be going back on the 3rd Friday of month since they are supposed to be doing markdowns then too--hopefully I can report back some good deals! :)
