Darn it Jen!!! I have to return some curtains I bought that didn’t work out and now I have yet another reason to spend more money @ jcp’s!!! I’ll have to instill some serious tunnel vision to keep myself restrained!

Hey - quick question while I have ya - I ordered curtains online and need to return them -do I go to the customer service/catalog dept counter or can I just go to any register? TIA!

Sorry Jen... I just saw this.. If you ordered online then you return at the catalog desk. Only retail items are returned at the regular customer service centers.

Hi Jen..just a quick question. I went to the mall yesterday in Deptford NJ and a ton of their clearance was marked down to 2.97. I got a set of pajama pants for 2.97 but the sizes were either too big or too small
Anyway I was so excited I drove to Cherry Hill mall and none of their stuff was marked down. In fact the same pj pants I had just bought for 2.97 were 7 or 8.99 at Cherry Hill...what is up with thatt....just curious!!

Kristy, I dont know why that is. If those 2 stores are close to one another they should be all on the same markdown schedule. I know a few stores around me marked there coats down further to get rid of them and we were still sitting at $19.97 cause we were selling them at that price. Its all about the demand of the product I guess.
