JC Penny Pick up in Store Shipping Option

I ordered a few items using this pick up at store option to save on shipping.

My question is - how do I know when its at the store? Do they call or email you?

Has anyone done this in the past?

I've done the same several times. They do both - they send an email and call. At least the one close to me does.

They usually call. At first it will be an automated system and then after the pakage sits for a few days someone from the actual catalog desk at your local store will call you.
