80% off sale going on now

Save a total of 80% off throughout the store. Look for signs saying 80% in each department. The sale started Sunday Jan. 31st and according to a sales associate at my store, it will go on for three weeks.

I saw this in my store too, but I still found that the prices were kinda high. I'm going to investigate another store since the marking of prices wasn't too good at this store.

The store in Main Place in So CA. had no sale as of 2/1.. all the clearance was back up to only 50% off...no extra discount....

Started here today. Was able to use 15% survey coupon & $15 off $75 on same transaction. Saved $350, spent $60!

There was a $10/50 or $15/75 in my local paper this morning.

This is weird but at one local store, we have two in the area, the clearance is still marked 80% on the signs and at the other the same exact items are marked witht hte 50% signs. Makes no sense at all. Also, one store will stack coupons (like the friends & family 20% off Q with the 15% survey Q) and the other will not. Sounds like JCP is sending their associates to the same training center as other stores such as Target and Walmart - no one knows what's going on.
