How do I find a store near me?

You'll need to your zipcode or city and state to find a location near you.

Can I view their sale flyers online?
Yes, via the homepage. Simply click on Today's sales ad link, found at the top of the page. Since sales may vary by location, you'll need to enter the information to get the sales for the location near you.

Why do the flyers vary from location to location?
JcPenney's stores vary by store size, and the larger the store the greater the variety of merchandise. For example, the larger stores may have a furniture department and/or a housewares department (for appliances and glasswear/plates,etc) and the smaller stores do not. There are a few versions of the sales flyer. The flyer in your newspaper is determined by what size store you have nearby.

What days of the week do JCPenney's sales start?
There is no set day of the week for the sales to start. Generally they have new flyers on Sundays, but they also often run One Day Sales midweek, and Two Day sales for Fridays and Saturdays.

Does JCPenney offer rainchecks for items in their flyer that are out of stock?
JCPenney does not offer rainchecks. YMMV but if the sales item is an item in their catalog, the associate should be able to do a catalog referral for you, where you receive the sale price from their catalog with NO additional charge for shipping.


Is there any benefit to having a JCPenney credit card?
Yes, card members do get the benefit of advance notice of sales, and also generally one a month,they have a sale that is you put your purchase on your JCP card, you will get an additional discount off your total* (Some exclusions apply).

A convenience for card holders is that you can make a payment on your JCPenney card at any cash register. (If you prefer to not carry a balance on your card due to the high interest rate, one way to take advantage of the monthly specials exclusive for card holders is to make your purchase, using your JCP card, and then immediately make a payment on your account.)

does Penny's take maufacture coupons?

No they dont accept manufacturer coupons...........i hv inquired my store for that.

How do you guys get the $/$$ mailed coupons? Are they only sent to card holders?

I went to the salon in mid June .At the time I was given a new client packet.Well I am in need of going again for a cut ,so I looked at the coupon book that came in that packet .To my suprise they expired on 6/1 so they were allready expired by the time I was given the packet .
So should I just take the coupon in ,and tell them the situation .Or should I call and tell them on the phone ?
Any ideas?
