Is this code one that anyone can use?
JcPenney has a new $10.00 off $10.00 code available starting Monday, Dec. 7th!
Just use code NICE4U at checkout!

Is this code one that anyone can use?
that should mean they will have a $10/$10 soon for in-store right?
Because shipping kills it normally IMO
It may take me a while at the store & checkout, but my Groceries are FREE!
How did you get these coupons in mail??Thank you.
I just used this code online and it worked great. Thanks & reps OP!
You can't miss this, it's about a 5x8 size card. The back has mainly red with a narrow white border. A large '$10' is written in green right at the center. Says JCPenny on top and at the bottom right corner is a white circle with "See inside for savings upto $40" written in it.
The front of the card (where your address is) is mainly white but also has a picture similar to the back..but this is much smaller and occupies only a small part of the left side of that page.
When you open this card, there are 3 smaller peel-off type coupons. The top one is red and is the $10/10, the middle one is green and is a 2 day shopping pass (dec. 11 and 12) with a $10/50 or $15/75 coupon. The bottom coupon is dark green and is for after Christmas savings (dec. 26-28) and also has the $10/50 or $15/75 coupon on it.
Requested in-home dates are Dec. 5, 7, 8.
HTH!
ETA: The code for online purchases mentioned on the back of the $10/10 that I got is the same as OP mentioned.......NICE4U.
I got one today that was a $10/25 when you use your Mastercard. Otherwise looked exactly as you described. Bummer.
I'm not sure if this will work, but 12/17/09 is Free Shipping day. I don't know if there is a min purchase requirement to get the free shipping. I just looked on Free Shipping Day is Thursday, December 17, 2009 - National Free Shipping Day and JCPenny is participating. So since the code is good that day, maybe we can save on shipping to. Packages will also get to us by Christmas Eve so even sweeter. But again I'm not sure if it will work b/c there was no details on the website regarding min purchase amounts. Thanks OCH.
