JCPenney ~ Brag: Loving myJCP tonight!

I just have to say my JCPenney customer service was amazing tonight! My daughter is going to be a flower girl in a wedding in February, so I’ve also been looking for a white dress (Very hard to find this time of year.) JCP.com had a beautiful Cinderella brand white dress originally $59.99 on sale for $29.99 online only. I went on Monday with my 3 year old daughter to try on Christmas dresses. I took pictures of her in 5 different dresses so I could discuss the purchase with her grandma (she was going to reimburse me for the cost of the dress.) In store the Cinderella brand Christmas dress was originally $49.99 on sale for $24.99. I wanted both dresses, but had to confirm with grandma and thought I would just order both online and use a coupon code for free shipping. As I was coming out of the dressing room I explained the situation to an employee, and she told me that she could order the white dress in the store and have it shipped there for free… she also said by doing that and buying both I could take advantage of a sale they had spend $50 get $10 off. I told her I was in a hurry and she told me I could come back, the sale was through Wednesday.

I went back tonight and the Christmas dress was $34.99! I asked in the children’s department and they said they couldn’t help me, see customer service. I explained it and the woman was amazing! She walked back, got the dress, rang it up and adjusted the price back to $24.99. Then she looked at the website found the white dress (that went up to 34.99) and saw that they just got it in the store. She went in the back room and brought it out, rang it up and price adjusted it back down to $29.99. On top of that I got the $10 OFF!

SO 2 dresses should have been $109.98… I paid $47.90!

Everything was said and done with a smile… I couldn’t be happier!

that's awesome! I am also newly in love with jcpenney, lol! Their clearance sales are amazing, i cannot believe how much money i saved this week with them, I got about 200$ in items for about 40$, everything from socks for ds, shirts for me, lingerie for a bridal shower...the list goes on, not to mention i ordered some panties online with the 10/10 coupon for a bridal gift, talked to the bride to be and she needed a bigger size, so i brought them back to the catalog desk and the cashier is getting them shipped to me free in the right size!! Jcpenney is awesome, i just didn't shop there much because it is about 5 mins further than the other stores, but i'm a jcpenney convert!
