I didn't realize you had to register your cc to get the reward, so I just did it, and then it said my reward was expired. Maybe that's what happened to yours? I just called them and they reissued it for me with no problem, so now I can use it with my $10 off $25 that I got in my email!
I guess the deal is over with. I just signed up and entered my CC info and there are no rewards to print - says I must earn them =/

I just called 1-888-527-7937 (JCP Rewards Customer Service) and told them I didn't get the $10 for signing up, and they put a $10 reward in my account while I was on the phone. Awesome CS!!! So consider trying that.

I took your advise and just called them up cause i never had recieved my sign up bonus..& she credited my rewards account! She said its a one time credit? not sure what she means by that but i am excited!! reps to u!!
I just called and talked to a supervisor who told me she knows nothing about a promotion that gives a free $10 sign up bonus without actually spending money there. Any suggestions? There's a copy of the email in post #3, but I don't know what the dates were for that - perhaps it's expired.
