Could probably turn that one around on Craig's list and profit! Unless you need the pack & play, of course!

16 yodd is very tall and hard to fit for jeans. On top of that, she is very picky. We were at a mall in Ann Arbor, Mich, two weeks ago and I found a clearance rack of jeans at Express. She tried on one pair of dressy, dark, boot cut jeans and couldn't believe how well they fit. They were $19.99, originally $85. She bought another pair of regularly priced jeans at Holister for $35. She was thrilled to get two pair of jeans that both fit perfectly in the same shopping trip.

(I know those prices aren't rock bottom cheap, but when you are talking difficult to fit, we were thrilled! She shops consignment stores for tops but almost never can find jeans that fit there.)

thats great to find jeans that fit! Luckily my teenage is shorter than me because I always had such a hard time finding jeans that fit when I was a teen (I am 6ft tall)

I've been needing some new jeans but I have a hard time finding pairs that fit good. I know same old story as everyone else!!! LOL

I went to the thrift store yesterday. It was 50% off blue colored tags. I got 3 pairs of jeans (2 were Levis) and spent $11.00. :) I also found a pretty red floor length sequined party dress (good for our getaway coming up next June) for $9.99.

I was at an outlet mall in Orlando Saturday night - browsed through Carters and Osh Kosh but wasn't impressed. I finally found a children's store called Hartstrings, which is the outlet for a brand called Kitestrings. I'd never heard of it. I found out why...the cashier told me the brand is mainly in stores like Neiman Marcus and Nordstroms, where of course I don't shop (can't imagine why...lol). I found three 80% off clearance racks in the back and hit paydirt. The original prices were $30-$60 for summer tshirts, rompers, etc. which of course we wear all year here. I mean HOLY COW - $40 for a baby's tshirt?????? You have to be clinically insane to buy this stuff full price - my baby just barfs all over everything he wears anyway. I ended up getting 10 different items for DS that will fit him over the next year or two for $53. I was very excited...we've never had designer baby clothes before!

Heh, and I thought I did well the other day getting some cheap pants at an outlet store! Two were 50% off, one was 75% off. Nice pants, too.

I got the Pinenut a winter coat (for NEXT winter) at a yard sale for $2, too. Ran it through the wash and it looks brand new.
