What to do with a couple of printers?

I have an HP that last I knew it worked it has sat idle in DS room for a while no ink so it hasn't been used in over a year or so.

Then I have a Cannon it is a really nice printer scan fax.

The printer part stated not working and after using what ink was left in ot trying to trouble shoot it seemed like a lost casue. I then bough myself a ne Epson printer at target for $40 with wireless, fax print,and scan.

My question is what to do with my 2 printers DH says just throw them in the trash I said but it seems like such a waste! What if there are places that take them and pay for them? Recycling centers or possibly a place to donate them I know my cannon has problems printing but the fax and scan features still work. So What to do?

Donate them to the Goodwill

yup goodwill does somethign with them...refurbishes them or something

Thanks! glad to know they can be put to good use! I just couldn't stomach the though of just junking them.

You could also list them on Craigslist, stating their condition. People sometimes can fix them or use for parts.
