You know you can host coupon auctions here too right? And your prime audience is right here and they are folks that use coupons....

Hi again...so sorry to be away...
To answer some of your questions...
The duplicates were eventually taken down by eBay. Many of those sellers did not return to eBay; some already had their own sites. It did take a few days, but the extras were off before the next week's postings went up.
Duplicates now are allowed only if:
1. the seller is using auctions (even if there is a BIN option on the auction)
2. the seller has different quantities in the listings (such as 20s in one, 10s in the next, etc)
So, for me to list all my coupons, I have to: create the original listing, post it on eBay, then make the template for the others left to sell. This relisting tool is supposed to send more coupons to eBay once the original listing sells out.
I've heard complaints already from buyers that it can take hours for the new ones to get posted. This could explain the drop-off in sales for me--a drop-off I didn't expect because there are fewer sellers and it is easier for my stuff to be seen with only one line per seller per coupon.
The relisting tool does occasionally post when it shouldn't. If I'm "lucky" I catch the mistake, if not I buy coupons from another seller to cover.
I do save money though--about $30-$40 a week.
On another topic.....the new website couponfleamarket.com. I just checked it out this week. I see mostly the site owner's coupons, and a few others (maybe 4 other sellers). So far the other sellers are not posting much, looks like they only tried it out.
I registered on there, just so I could see how things went. When I did, I found out the coupons would be prioritized by my member number. I was member #20, so I didn't see the point of being 20th to be posted. Prices didn't look that much different for the buyer. Costs are perhaps lower for the seller, primarily because there is no "store rent".
For the buyers interested in that site, I suggest checking the recent feedback on eBay for the sellers before buying. I do recognize 2 of the sellers' IDs. I don't recall if they're doing feedback on the couponfleamarket site.
I'm still on eBay.

Im not biased in any direction, but I did buy some lots from CFM with a seller that Ive dealt with on Ebay ( not the owner of CFM) and her price was about 30% of the same listing with other sellers on Ebay. I dont sell, so I have no real idea of fees. I did see that they only charge the listing fee (.30) on the first lot of ( say 20) identical lots. I think there was an 8% final value fee but I could be mistaken. Buyers lost as much at Ebay as sellers in my opinion. I feel the need to find and support a site where I have acess to many sellers from different areas at competetive prices.
eBay fees are high, but that's where the buyers are. That will probably never change, no matter how many competitor sites are opened. For another site to be successful, there must be a vast number of sellers on it for a great selection like on eBay. Checking this week, I still see CFM as having 2 sellers, the owner and 1 other trying it out. The other sellers trial listings there are quickly "aging off" as their coupons expire.
