Love the pics! I wish I lived near you so I could go. That is probably the most organized yard sale with kid stuff I have seen. Hope the boy stuff sells for you!
I have done 2 of the 3 days of our community sale-- last one is tomorrow. I've got almost nothing but kid's clothes and toy and equipment. Clothing is Carters, Osh Kosh, Lauren, Gymboree, Baby Gap, etc, with little to no Old Navy or store brand stuff. I started with about 400 hangers with stuff!!!
I have one piece stuff like snap crotch tops at $1, two piece things and full length one pieces at $2, and 3 piece outfits at $3. Gymboree and Gap stuff is about $1 higher on all of it i.e. $4 for a 3 piece set.
It's sold pretty steadily (we've sold about $250 over the last 2 days), but tomorrow should be the big day. We've sold almost exclusively girl stuff-- I think a whopping 2 people have bought things for boys. I hope that trend changes tomorrow.
I also had a table full of bagged stuff-- onesie sets, packs of socks, etc and a box of .50 stuff (bibs, hats, onesies).

I have busted my butt to make sure it was super-organized. I hate going to a yard sale and seeing bins of clothes that people expect you to rummage through. I just walk away from that kind of sale.
I will say that the organization is paying off. Almost no one is asking if I would negotiate. They just pick it up, hand it to me to total and pass me the cash. I'd say that about 5 people have asked if I would take less, and in one case I said no and she bought the shoes anyway (they were $50 shoes with the tags still on them. I wasn't willing to go to $5 for them). I've rounded down a couple of bucks on some of the larger sales.
Anything that I have left I will sell on CL or ebay.

Glad you are having a good turnout. You are super organized!!
Our garage sale was odd this year. It was busier Thursday than today. But we did decent and all of my odd things sold before the good stuff went..
