We sell baby gear on Craigslist too! I sold a FP Aquarium Takealong Swing for $25. I paid $5 for it at a yard sale, new still in the box. DS loved it, DD loved it, and then I sold it when they were no longer interested in it.
I sell the outgrown clothing at a local consignment sale twice a year. Last fall, I made $175 for used clothes that we paid less than $100 for new.
