Advice for Garage Sales (having one)

Ok, so it's been years upon years since I had a garage sale. Any advice?

It's listed in the paper, and I'm going to print up signs to put around town and at places that will let you. Other than that, I have no ideas. :D Oh, well I did put it up on Craigs List, too. :)

If you can, once you have it set up, take pictures and put those on craigs list. I went to a sale that did that two weeks ago, and my the time I got there (an hour after they posted) Almost everything was gone!!

And make sure you have signs pointing them to get to your house. I mean if entering your neighborhood you have to turn two or three times, put an arrow at each corner.
