Our commissary had the stacks of them out yesterday , and they usually show up there about two weeks early, so the 31st would be my guess! __________________ My Wishlist

I bought 3 different local newspapers. Rutland Free Press & Burlington Free Press did not have the Cover Girl coupon. The NY Post Star did. So I am sure it's highly dependent on location.
