Ever wonder which newspapers in your area carry the best inserts? Or even why your neighbors get different insert coupons than you do? Well...here's a new resouce to help!

It's new, it's hot, and it's been a long collaboration with Queenofthehive and all her resouces!


Go to the CouponResources menu drop down, select your state, and see which newspapers in your state carry which inserts!

I just want to say that Flash did all the work compling this infomation. All I did is sit on it for almost 2 months putting it off and then finnaly set some time aside to get the pages made.

I just wanted to mention one thing -

I deliver the Asbury Park Press in NJ and we DO have the P&G insert. Just an FYI in case you wanted to update the info.

This is an excellent concept. Keep them coming.

Massachusetts paper - Lawrence Eagle Tribune does infact have all three inserts, not just ss as indicated.

It was QOTHs idea, I just helped her getting the info.

Just a note, we only included info on the sales/contracted info that the insert publishers would confirm as FINAL. They usually update that information annually.

They are negotiating with more papers regularly, of couse, and sometimes run test markets in papers that aren't formally contracted. I've been surprised at how difficult it was to get some of the info!

I'll keep track of all the info on additional papers and inserts available as you provide it, and periodically try to confirm with the publishers that the info is official and releaseable, so to speak. And of course, if a paper stops carrying an insert, it will be even harder to confirm.

oh, and YES, the free papers often carry the inserts!

Example:

Baltimore Sun (paid subscription) carries all three major inserts

Baltimore Examiner (free subscription) carries a reduced version of Smart Souce

Baltimore Examiner in the newstand take on free does not have the inserts.

Thanks for all the hard work involved in compiling the list! This is very helpful .. especially while travelling.

Now ... if my inserts could only have all the coupons in them. Often the Seattle newspaper has coupons in an insert that the Tacoma paper doesn't. Other times, neither paper will have the coupon. For example this past Sunday, the Seattle paper had the Lenders Bagel coupon, but Tacoma didn't. Neither had the Hungry-Man dinner. I realize that a company would not want to pay to advertise their product in an area where it's not sold.

I have looked several times in the Houston Rumbo de Houston, but they don't seem to have coupons in their papers even though the list says they do... I have yet to see any ... sorry!!

I don't think the Piedmont Journal in Alabama has the limited Valassis.
I know this weeks(Jan 1, 2008) did NOT have it. And I don't remember seeing it have it recently.



Also, great job on this.
