Our local (smalltown) Sunday paper had next to nothing this week. To get the "real" coupons I had to buy the big city ones.

Have you checked B. Dalton Bookstore or Barnes & Noble where they have newspapers from all sorts of cities? Check inserts first to see if they are worth having and spending money on. lol

Well I had my son buy 8 papers this week because we always get what Taylortown lists and I really wanted the Powerade and free cat food coupons, well neither were in my inserts so that was a 12.00 mistake!

The same thing happened to me today!!! My husband bought me 4 papers (2 and 2 )and it's always the same paper missing the inserts!! I'm calling to complain tomorrow! not only were the inserts missing but all the circulars!!! It makes me so mad!!! I'm going to tell them I'm not buying their paper anymore. I'll stick to the paper that has the inserts all the time!

I have gotten home and found inserts missing so many times that now I stand right there and check each one! If I am buying one or 20..I check each one..my DH hates going to buy Sunday papers...wonder why?!?!

I bought a "small city" paper (1.75) and a "big city" paper (2.50) at my local store, they each had different Q's in them (but no powerade Q's). Then when I went to the grocery store I bought another of the same "big city" paper (for free cat food & nivea mens products) and this had better Q's (even the powerade) than the same paper I bought at my local store. Go fiqure!

I just called the paper that was missing the inserts and circulars. They are mailing me 2 copies of everything. It's worth a phone call.
