Whenever I have a hard pot or pan to clean, and the food is burnt on, or just really really stubborn... (this happens alot unfortunately, LOL)

I fill the pot in the sink with really hot water, and drop in an electrasol tab, and I go to bed! In the morning, the kitchen smells really nice, and the messy pot is really easy to clean! No scrubbing required!

So I keep those extra boxes for times like this! You can even clean stuff outside with it, like soak old dirty plant pots in a bin with an electrasol tab. Or crush one up and sprinkle it on your oil spot in the driveway, and rub a little water into it. Let it set for a while, and then rinse with the hose.

I live in WA to and I know up north they are banning it or already have but I heard in 2010 the whole state is banning Electrasol so I need to stock up too , I think I have 50 boxes now but I love the new finish ones and they are 9.99 for the big one OUCH!! The smaller one is $4.00 something , so I guess good luck finding a good deal ,I know albertsons has them on the M & M right now but I would need to get a rain check next Tuesday late before sale ends and hope they are all out ..

They did a trial run in some areas. There was a very funny article a few months ago about folks in Spokane sneaking into Idaho to buy their electrasol... I can just picture it. A hoard of coupon ladies. Dressed all in black. With black binders... tiptoeing across the state line into Idaho to sneak back their dish detergent...

My friend lives up there she told me about them driving to Idaho and sneaking it in HA HA That is too funny , sounds strange to me , you know what I am think ? lol

OK. I might get kicked out of the club for this question, but I have to ask. I have at least 1 1/2 to 2 years of dishwashing soap - Cascade and Electrasol.

Any reason other than it's "fun" to get any more?

I know this off topic but what is a good price for cascade? I've plenty of q's and there are some sales going on but I don't if it's a good price. Do you mind filling me in?

I try to buy the liquid or gel when stocking up. I've found that the older boxes of powder don't dissolve real well and I need to give the dishes a second rinse.

I have to say....I'm mad. I bought a few papers today hoping for the Finish/Electrasol coupon...and NONE of my local papers had it. (bucks county PA)
I ended up having to purchase it on EBAY.

In the Phoenix Area, the SS has $4 off Electrasol...but it has a size qualifier on it. It says: "any 1 Finish/Electrasol 20 count Quantum or 32 count Powerball Tabs or 32 count Gelpacs"

How does this compare to the $2.50 coupons? Did I score or are the $2.50s better? Thanks and reps for your help!
