The local small newspapers seem to be getting the RP's in our area (Washington Observer reporter). They don't always get every q but, in the last unilever insert, they got the exact same q's - same value.

Also, a really new thing here is that the free weekly paper (in my case, the Almanac) JUST started giving the SS in their papers. It's the same SS that comes in the Observer Reporter - not the same as PPG or Trib (which is less than the PPG).
