I got 10 papers today and ordered 20 qs off ebay. I stood there and checked each paper to make sure they had THIS q. It was amazing that half the ones I checked were missing SS, or just the back portion of that insert. Simply horrible.

Me too. I never buy my papers at walmart but I was already there for something else and wanted to save a trip. I had to dig through to find 2 papers that weren't missing the coupons or the inserts or other stuff. They were a disheveled mess. It's awful to think I even have to check before buying.
